Our team

Adam is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, where he earned a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance. He is also an FCCA holder. He started his career with PwC in Prague. After spending several years in its audit department, where he focused on financial institutions, he decided to gain experience from the other side as a financial manager of prestigious banks.

As Managing Director and one of the founding members of 3a Czech, Adam is responsible for accounting, payroll and tax services.

His free time is mainly devoted to his family, gastronomy and travel.

Filip is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, majoring in International Business. He started his career in the tax department of the consulting company Ernst & Young. His next steps led to a company focused on company formation and management, including consulting services in the field of international holding structures.

As managing director and one of the founders of 3a Czech, Filip is responsible for project management, private clients and trusts.

He devotes his free time to family, travel and sports.
